Our Space
Located in the fully renovated historic Landing at Chelmsford Mills our studio features a wide open shareable common areas, 13 foot ceilings, a private sink room, a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room along with customizable creative space. Modern office amenities with 24/7 access to the building, free parking, and a lively and creative community make this a great space for artists, creative professionals, and innovators.
Studios Available
There are currently three individual studios available for lease. They range from $325 to $560 a month, and include all utilities and access to all of the shared teaching, workshop, and retail space shared by member artists.

Art Space Studio Shares
Nova’s Art Space Studio Share has memberships available! Based on the idea of an office share, or co-office, but geared for artists and writers Nova Art Space is a big, open, flexible work area with desks, reading nooks, storage, and places to work. Perfect for people who don’t need a lot of space or who are looking for an affordable, flexible way to be part of a community of artists.
