Our Space
Located in the fully renovated historic Landing at Chelmsford Mills our studio features a wide open shareable common areas, 13 foot ceilings, a private sink room, a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room along with customizable creative space. Modern office amenities with 24/7 access to the building, free parking, and a lively and creative community make this a great space for artists, creative professionals, and innovators.
All of the individual workspaces at Nova are currently leased. Please email us to be added to our newsletter and get advance notice of any openings in the future.

Nova’s Art Space Studio Share has memberships available! Based on the idea of an office share, or co-office, but geared for artists and writers Nova Art Space is a big, open, flexible work area with desks, reading nooks, storage, and places to work. Perfect for people who don’t need a lot of space or who are looking for an affordable, flexible way to be part of a community of artists.
